You will need an eight-digit code to send the shipment. Send us a request for it by e-mail to the address: odbyt@fare.cz or as an SMS to tel: +420 737 259 289. We will immediately send you a code for sending the shipment. Pack the goods and bring them to the Dispensing Point of Zásilkovna, where, based on the code, they will print out a label free of charge and send the consignment to us. This method of sending the claimed goods is free of charge for you.

Goods Complaint:

The seller is responsible for the quality of the goods and provides a warranty of 24 months, provided that the conditions specified in the Instructions for maintenance and care of footwear, which are always included with the purchased footwear, are observed. When claiming goods, it is necessary to describe the defect for which the goods are claimed, the date of purchase, the required method of handling the complaint, consumer information (return address, bank account number, e-mail and telephone contact for possible communication). A copy of the invoice must be sent together with the claimed goods.

The complaint will be assessed and settled as soon as possible after receipt of the claimed goods, but no later than within 30 days. The buyer will inform the consumer about the result of the complaint and the method of its settlement in the complaint form sent together with the repaired goods. If the repair is not possible and the complaint is recognized as justified, the consumer will be refunded the purchase price to his bank account.

Goods replacement

The seller provides a period of 14 days for the exchange of unused goods. When exchanging goods, it is necessary to state the number of the pattern and size you want to exchange (also the number of the pattern and size for which you want to exchange the goods), date of purchase, consumer information (return address, e-mail and telephone contact for possible communication) . A copy of the invoice must be sent with the goods for exchange.

The product must be delivered for replacement without signs of use, undamaged and in the original undamaged packaging.
The following situations may occur when exchanging goods:

a) the purchase price of the goods you want to exchange is lower than the purchase price of the goods for which you wish to exchange - in which case you will pay the difference between the prices cash on delivery, when you take over the new goods


b) the purchase price of the goods you want to exchange is higher than the purchase price of the goods for which you wish to exchange - in this case the difference between the prices will be sent to the consumer's bank account

c) the goods for which you wish to make an exchange are no longer in stock - in this case you will be informed of this fact by e-mail or telephone.

The Czech Post charges a handling fee of CZK 73 with VAT (customers from Slovakia € 2.7 with VAT), which you pay by cash on delivery upon receipt of the goods. In the case of a request to send an exchange of goods by Geis, the handling fee is CZK 89 including VAT.

Shipping costs for the exchange of goods are paid by the buyer.

Return of goods (withdrawal from the purchase contract)

The seller provides a period of 14 days for the return of unused goods without giving a reason. The return of goods will be processed as soon as possible after receipt of the returned goods by the seller and the purchase price will be returned to the consumer to the specified bank account. When returning the goods, it is necessary to state the number of the model you want to return, the bank account number, consumer data (bank account number, e-mail and telephone contact for possible communication). A copy of the invoice must be sent with the returned goods.

The product must be returned without signs of use, undamaged and in the original undamaged packaging. The seller is entitled to unilaterally set off the right to compensation for damages caused to the goods against the buyer's right to a refund of the purchase price.
Shipping costs when returning the goods are paid by the buyer.
